Every property is analyzed to determine the true value using CMA’s from our trusted team of Realtors and certified appraisals.  In addition before we acquire each property our licensed contractors do a through inspection complete with an itemized scope of work checklist including pictures of the property.  We will NOT give you inflated property values and rehab estimates that are unrealistically low!
